Claire is the Events Manager at Brooklyn Grange. After receiving her degree in environmental sociology from Hampshire College, she moved to NYC to build a career that joins her passion for unique event production with her goal of connecting people to the natural environment. She comes to us from nearly four years with New York Restoration Project where she was a project manager for the MillionTreesNYC initiative. 

Tim Cerniglia Jr. 

Tim Cerniglia Jr. is the founder, hyphenate of BeeKind Farms.  Following his passion for local agriculture from a lengthy stretch in construction management,  Tim enjoys participating in agriculture endeavors that support local business and promote healthy ecosystems.  BeeKind farms performs beekeeping services, produces raw, traceable, hyper local honey and conducts educational and culinary events in the greater New York City area. Tim and his Border Collie sidekick, Copper enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle in lower Manhattan.


Anastasia is a published writer and veteran of the NYC restaurant industry. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Brooklyn Grange Rooftop Farm, Anastasia focuses on creating strong and meaningful connections between the farm and the communities it serves. A  born-and-raised  New  Yorker, Anastasia is dedicated to making her native city a greener and   more sustainable place to live.                      


NYC Honey Week is the brainchild of Brooklyn Grange. Growing more than 50,000 lbs. of organic produce annually, it operates the world’s largest rooftop farm, with sites in Long Island City and the Brooklyn Navy Yard. In addition to growing and distributing produce, Brooklyn Grange consults to clients on rooftop farming and green roofs, partners with nonprofits to promote healthy communities, and runs an urban apiary. Since its inception, Brooklyn Grange's apiary has grown from a single hive atop its flagship farm to more than two dozen colonies spanning the rooftops of The Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Jersey City, NJ.
