What do you get when you combine one of the West Village's most beloved restaurants with heaps of sweet, sticky honey, and sips of handcrafted cocktails? A Solid Gold Supper, that's what! This year, NYC Honey Week has teamed up with our friends at bobo restaurant and Patron Tequila to throw a dinner party you'll be buzzing about for the rest of the year. Tucked away in the townhouse you wished you lived in, bobo was born of the convivial atmosphere of a dinner party amongst good friends. For this very special evening in honor of the incredible work of our honeybees, we will dine on elegant and flavorful dishes of regional farm-fresh fare lovingly prepared by Chef Cedric Tovar (Daniel, Peacock Alley at the Waldorf Astoria, Town), all while sipping on thoughtful pairings of seasonal Tequila cocktails prepared by Rob Krueger of Employees Only & Extra Fancy. This is a dinner not to be missed, so don't be a drone and reserve your seats before they fly!
