ADDED BONUS! Following the workshop, Claire Marin, co-founder & beekeeper of Catskill Provisions will be conducting a wildflower honey, cheese and honey whiskey tasting & pairing. The tasting will be from 12pm to 1:30pm at Fulton Stall Market.

— About Sweet Things Wild Thyme and Honey —
We are a family owned and operated apiary. Our philosophy is to offer a chemical free and antibiotic free honey. Our bees pollinate farms and orchards in New York and New Jersey. The farms and property owners we partner with, share in our philosophy of conscientiously producing quality food. Our artisanal honey tells the story of these farms.
